Early Intervention Services

Supports and services are determined following the development of functional IFSP outcomes. They are designed to enhance the capacity of families to support their child’s learning and development through functional participation in family and community activities.

Each agency or person who has a direct role in the provision of early intervention services is responsible for supporting the family to achieve the outcomes in this IFSP.
